Description: Welcome to Monaco Resort. We are conveniently
located in Sunny South Florida, only minutes away from glamorous
South Beach. Our facilities include Beach Side Bar, Pool
and Private Beach, in house Restaurant, Game Room, and many
more. We offer 3 locations on either the ground or 1st floor.
Room Information: A MONACO bedroom....each
has two double beds, color cable television, refrigerator
and coffee maker, tub-shower combinations in the bathroom
and hairdryers...large and confortable enough for four people.
A MONACO efficiency.... fully equipped with a custom built
kitchen, cooking utensils and a place setting for four or
more. Also available are deluxe rooms with a separate kitchen
and dining area. If desired, a suite of rooms accomodating
8 persons can be made. So...whatever you need...set up housekeeping
with your entire family...the smart MONACO way!!! The garden
--view is to the south on the outside of the building. The
pool patio area -- all rooms face the pool and courtyard.
The ocean -- all rooms face the beach with a spectacular
view!! you can be on the ground floor which has a deck area
to the sand or enjoy your 1st floor balcony to watch the
sunrise!!

Check In: 3:00 p.m.
Deposit Policy: This is a prepaid reservation.
The entire cost of your stay, including tax, will be charged
upon booking. You are only responsible for incidentals during
your stay.
Guarantee Policy: In the event of cancellation,
a non-refundable fee of $10.00 (USD) will be applied. This
is in addition to any penalties which may applied by the
hotel due to their cancellation policy.
Cancel Policy:
* Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior
to arrival date and by 3:00pm, local hotel's time.
* Complimentary transportation to/from hotel
to South Beach, Bal Harbor and Aventura Mall.
* Guest must check with the cashier that all
incidentals are paid prior to departure. Monaco charges
key safe at a cost of $2.00 per room per day applied to
the guest folio.
* Rooms with a kitchen are on a request basis
ONLY with an additional charge.
